Although according to the calendar, the end of the school year is near, there are still many activities left including the Bookends Book Drive, The Bazaar, and the rescheduled Tennis Tournament. Specific to the elementary school, students who participate in after school music or dance will be performing this month at the Théâtre Raymond Kabbaz. Details were provided to the students participating in these activities.
Transition Days are designed to welcome the incoming students to their future campus. On Friday, May 18, the current second graders (CE1) will greet the incoming 2nd graders from Century City and Pacific Palisades. The festivities typically include a concert, a tour led by the students, and introductions by Mme Cole, Mme Kabbaz and the teachers. Thank you to the current second graders who have practiced their songs and polished their speeches. It is sure to be an exciting day.
