International Applicants
Le Lycée Français de Los Angeles is located in West L.A. and less than 10 minutes from the Pacific Ocean. Los Angeles offers year round warm, sunny weather and is at the center of the entertainment and technology industries. Its proximity to the greater Los Angeles areas, like Malibu, Hollywood, the Silicon Beach and Beverly Hills, makes it a perfect base for international students to discover and enjoy Southern California.
Visa and Host Family
If students require a host family, they can apply directly through StudentRoomStay or another homestay provider. At this time Le Lycée only accepts students requiring a host family starting from the 9th grade. Please note that no housing or homestay arrangements will be made by Le Lycée Français de Los Angeles.
Please be sure to check if you require an International F1 visa. If you do need a student visa, tuition and fees must be paid in full in order to start the visa application.
IMPORTANT: Early application is best. If you child is fully accepted and enrolled (payment fully processed) no later than April 20th, we will be able to start the I-20 process which increases your chance to have an early appointment at The American Embassy to get the student F1 visa.
Testing Requirements
All non-native English speakers are required to submit a TOEFL Junior (along with all other Application forms and requirements) in order to demonstrate proficiency in oral and written English.
