As a continuation of our Black History Program. We had three graffiti artists, who previously worked with the California African American Museum, come and paint 3 panels which focused on Black History in Education. Five of our AP art students assisted them in creating the art and also learned the graffiti techniques.
All of the High School students were able to watch the art as it was being created, ask questions and learned how graffiti is used as an art form.
The artists were led by Eric “King Cre8” Walker, and included Rod Farris, and Lanny Wilson
